How do I set different temperatures in my Carbon Oven?

Carbon Oven has two separate temperature control dials, one for the main torch and another for the burner underneath the brick floor. Each control dial offers full flexibility for reaching a range of temperatures. Turn the dials to enhance or reduce the gas flame.
